I haven't stayed at a better hotel!! Dawn, Winter, Mikayla made this stay and absolute blast and gave it a home away from home feeling! Thank you! They gave in-depth knowledge of the area for sightseeing, incredible customer service, always available/capable to handle any situation. Personable, professional, positive, this list could go on. The breakfast is amazing, enjoyed it every morning possible with a smile on my face, the staff were awesome, helpful and knew how to "put it DOWN" in the kitchen! Room service and maintenance were timely, friendly and made light work of any issues, also deserve massive kudos. As an Ambassador Elite, I cannot recommend this location enough, solid staff, access to the beach less than 5 min walk, multiple amazing bars and restaurants (special shout out to V Pizza right next door, and Hammerhead bar right down the street)! Whether a weekend getaway or a long stay, 10/10.

This hotel has great service and went beyond my expectations! The room was very nice and even had a small kitchen in it (king suite). The shuttle driver took me downtown on the island. It was about 5 minutes driving. The hotel is within walking distance of a great restaurant called sliders and the beach! Complimentary breakfast was above average. I would love to come back.

We checked in late and was greeted very pleasantly. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room had a kitchenette and was very well equipped. Breakfast was great as so many reviews confirmed. We would stay here again.

We were greeted promptly, and our check-in was great! We received excellent customer service from the nice lady clerk at the front desk. Our room is incredible! It's a beautiful king suite with a kitchen and dining area. We have two huge windows with a great view. The room is modern and clean. There is a full breakfast, too. We were provided with maps of the island and a restaurant guide. They offered us fresh baked cookies, too. Overall, we love staying here in Fernandina Beach in Amelia Island near Jacksonville, Florida. We will be back again soon!

This is one of the best Residence Inn we’ve stayed at. My husband has the ambassador level and usually they give us the complimentary room. Well, their staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their breakfast is great compared to other Residence Inns we’ve stayed at. Fruits are always fresh. They are so close to many restaurants and stores and less than 30 seconds away from Starbucks.

Had a lovely stay here of (sadly) only one night. Room was clean and tidy with no issues. Breakfast had a decent supply of options and we had more than enough for our morning. The real stars of the show were at the front desk and the shuttle driver, Dawn and Robin. Dawn was so positive and welcoming when we arrived for check in and added a lot of knowledge to our questions about the area, food options, and how the free shuttle on the island worked. We felt so comfortable going back and adding more questions after initial check in and appreciated her sweetness. Robin as well was such a pleasure as our driver. She recommended historic buildings to check out, a bit of history of the area, what types of restaurants and shops were good options and more. She was such a pleasure to have as a host. We walked easily to the beach in the morning for the sunrise, took the shuttle to Center Street and appreciated how close the greenway/path was for running.

The room was nice, but new carpeting should be high on the priority for renovation. Staff were impressive! It appears everyone was trained in client satisfaction, from front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast service. Nice touch!
